We are looking to fill the position of Software Team Leader immediately. This position will be based out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Report to: HCS D/CTO

Scope of Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of Software Team Leader are the following, but not limited to;

Design, develop, deploy, integrate and support ERP, cloud and analytics solutions

Understand business requirement of clients and translate them into software architecture and technical solutions

Present software solutions to potential clients and persuade to close deals with the sales team

Responsible for providing professional remote and onsite technical support to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.

Lead software development and sales team to deliver business outputs as per the company’s strategy

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - combined with a keen ability to communicate well in both verbal and written form.

Very good experience in software architecture, complete software development lifecycle, Agile software development, popular web development platforms, API integration of off-the-shelf software products

Human resource management skill is mandatory to supervise, guide, empower and lead subordinates

At least 5 years’ work experiences on software architecture and/or development; out of which at least 1 year on a supervisor or management role

Education & qualification:

Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
