Position Name: Specification Engineer – Projects


A Premier Manufacturing company dealing in Construction Chemicals, is looking for a Specification Engineer – Projects. 


Location: Nairobi, Kenya.


Requirements:


Academic Background: Must be a Civil Engineer 


Age: Not more than 35 years


Experience required: 2 to 3 years in construction chemical/paint/cement industry


Job Description:


Sales:



  • Responsible for closing the loop of specifiers and contractors

  • Need to have commercial acumen to convert specifications into sales


Business Development:



  • Will be responsible to specify, approve and execution of both commercial & residential projects

  • Will be responsible to conduct seminars/webinars and other engagements with the influence community

  • Responsible for business generation from the attendees of various demand generation meets

  • Attending and organizing various training programs on construction chemicals
