Stima Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited (Stima Sacco) is one of the leading country-wide, fast growing, Deposit Taking Sacco (DTS).

Stima Sacco is looking for innovative, forward-thinking and experienced individuals for the position of Chief Manager – Finance and Administration.

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Manager Finance and Administration will provide strategic leadership and oversight to Finance, Human Resources and Administration.

The job holder will be responsible for strategic financial planning and management, financial advisory, resource mobilization and reporting.

He/she will also oversee the development and implementation of leading practice people management strategies, policies and programmes to drive a strong employee experience and promote productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a business-related field.

He/she must possess professional accounting qualification such as CPA (K) or ACCA and be a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in good standing.

The candidate must also have ten (10) years’ relevant experience in a dynamic and complex organizational environment, with at least four (4) years in a similar role in terms of scale and complexity.
