Job Description

Brioche is a regional based food-processing industry, selling its products to corporate clients as well as retail clients through its own cafés-bistros. Brioche aims at creating unique experiences for its retail clients and delivers tailored high value products to its “business to business” segment.  

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Receive and dispatch goods daily to both cafe bistro on time


2. Follow standards for dispatching and receiving stock within the operation area 


3. Monitor stoke levels and taking regular physical inventory 


4. Maintain organized and clear records to ensure reports and invoices are filed and handed over in time


5. Responsible of both food and beverages stock 


6. Responsible of storage organization and proper hygiene of the storage areas


7. Work closely with the inventory and dispatch officer to order and receive items on time

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Diploma in Store keeping/purchasing and supplies from a reputable institution


• At least 1 years’ experience in a busy hotel


• Being super clean (body and clothes)


• Being a great team player


• Being flexible to the activity peaks


• Willing to learn


• Being able to strictly follow instructions


• Having a good understanding of the hierarchy in the kitchen


• Being able to respect instructed time frames


• Demonstrates high level of honesty and integrity in his/her daily tasks
