VACANT POSITIONS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ECONOMIC PLANNING - [VACANCY NO. 03/2021]

Supply Chain Management Assistant III– FIVE (5) POSITIONS- VACANCY NO. 03/2021/06
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 25,470 – Ksh. 33,950 p.m. (Job Group ‘H’)
Allowances as per the SRC circulars attached to the position
Terms of Service: Three (3) years Contract renewable subject to satisfactory performance

For appointment to this position a candidate must;
i. Be a Kenyan citizen
ii. Have a Kenya Certificate of Education (KCSE) mean grade C- with a minimum of C- in Mathematics and English or Kiswahili or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
iii. Have a Diploma (CIPS) in Supplies Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
An officer at this level will work under a more senior officer.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
i. issuing and receiving stores; and
ii. assisting in stock taking, reconciliation, preparation and maintenance of records.
