Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role, located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which includes contacting potential customers, promoting and selling our products, answering customer queries, providing excellent customer service and support, and providing job training for new employees.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Sales skills
- Training skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business or any related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of financial products and services is an added advantage
