Vacant Position: Dispatch Agent


Responsibilities


1. Support all HFC and GPON teams working in the field


2. Issue job tickets to teams and follow-up for correct ticket closure


3. Issue materials and equipment to teams


4. Compile and document reports


5. Communication liaison with stakeholders


Skills



  • Well organized

  • Charismatic

  • Fibre home technical skills

  • Excellent communication skills and awareness of customer service


Requirements


1. Diploma in IT/ any other related course


2. Proficient in excel.


3. At least 1-2 years’ experience working on Fibre to homes and/or related projects.


4. Flexible to work long hours with high percentage availability rate.
