Hospital Manager – 1 Position


Based at our Ongata Rongai Unit and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for providing leadership and driving business in line with the Hospital business objectives.


Additionally, this position will ensure day to day operations and quality service delivery.


Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years’ Hospital Management work experience. Masters qualification will be an added advantage.


The position demands active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as active application of Information Systems in Health Care Management.


Clinical Services In Charge – 2 Positions


Reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementation of all medical activities in the hospital, supervision of the clinical team both in and out patient and ensuring quality service delivery and clinical practise.


This position is open at our Kitengela and Nakuru Hyrax branches.


Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb) or Diploma in clinical medicine and with more than 3 years post internship work experience.


In addition, the successful candidates must have a high sense of business acumen and excellent skills in stakeholder management. Valid certification in BLS, ATLS, ACLS will be an added advantage


Medical Officer – 1 Position


Based in our Hurlingham branch and reporting to the Clinical Services in Charge, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative medical care in the unit.


Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb), valid certification in BLS, ATLS, ACLS and proof of registration and annual licenses’ from KMPDB.


In addition they must have a minimum 2 years post-internship continuous work experience in a busy hospital environment, with active knowledge on management of patients.


Section In Charge – Medical / Surgical (1 Position)


Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in the ward to ensure high standard of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures. This position is open at our Ongata Rongai Branch.


Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma (KRN or KRCHN) or Degree in Nursing, and must have a valid license from the NCK. In addition, this position requires minimum 3 years work experience in managing a busy medical/ surgical unit with active knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, People Management and Customer service.


Section In Charge – HDU


Based at the Nakuru Hyrax branch and reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in the ward to ensure high standard of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures.


Applicants must be in possession of a must have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing and a valid license from the NCK. Higher Diploma in Critical Care will be clear advantage. The position requires active knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, People Management and Customer service. The successful candidate must have experience working busy ICU/HDU with experience in a similar position leading a team.


Credit Officer – (Collections)


Reporting to the Senior Credit Officer – Collections, this position will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt and accurate reconciliation of remittances made.


Applicants must be in possession of a Professional qualification in credit management with at least 2 years experience in a similar position. A bachelor’s degree in a business related course will be an added advantage. In addition this position requires active knowledge and experience in building relationships and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be a definite advantage.


Customer Relations Officer (1 Position)


Based at our Nakuru branches and reporting to the Hospital Manager with a matrix reporting to the Chief Officer- Business Development & Marketing, this position is responsible for growing the business volumes for the unit through executing business development activities and plans, maintaining excellent relationships with doctors, clients and corporate clients.


Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Communications/ Public Relations/Marketing or a business related course. In addition they must have 3 years working experience interacting directly with clients, managing relationships and growing business. Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage.


Administrative Assistant (1 Position)


Based at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital College and reporting to the Principal this position is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support and coordination at the NWHC


Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Business Administration or a business related course.


In addition they must have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position preferably in an education institution.
