Sales Rider

Purpose: The sales rider will be responsible for delivering orders to clients using the most efficient routes to ensure prompt delivery and exceptional customer service.

KPIs

• Targets to be discussed after onboarding.


• Maintain a high order fulfilment rate


• Prompt delivery of orders to clients


• Up selling and cross selling products to clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to clients


• Ensuring products are well handled and delivered in good condition and on time


• Extending customer service to Vivo clients by handling clients with professionalism


• Up selling and cross selling products to clients


• Sharing clients feedback to the ecommerce team/CEX team


• Forwarding any customer complaints and following up to ensure they are solved.


• Collecting payments from clients, issuing receipts and handing them over to the online store assistant.


• Maintaining the delivery vehicle and ensuring it is serviced and insured


• Coordinate with the online store in selling products.


• Any other duties assigned by the digital sales manager

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed rider (BCE license)


• Proven track record as a rider


• High school certificate


• Able to effectively communicate in Kiswahili and English
