We offer socially conscious and environmentally friendly products as well as lifechanging experiences. ME to WE measures the bottom line not by dollars earned, but by the number of lives changed and the positive social and environmental impact made. Half of ME to WE’s net profit is donated to WE Charity. The other half is reinvested to grow the enterprise and its social mission.

WE is looking for a Cook (1 post).

The position will be based in Narok County, Kenya

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Proper preparation and storage of food


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene


• Reviewing stock levels periodically and requisitioning before they run out


• Timely preparation of items on the menu


• Maintaining high standards as for as food preparation is concerned


• Ensuring food safety procedures are followed at all times


• Showcasing real creativity when it comes to food preparation


• A deep understanding of ingredients and produce


• Undertaking other delegated tasks

Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required

• Diploma in Food and Beverage production from a reputable institution


• 2-3 years food preparation experience


• MUST have an up to date food handlers certificate
