Reports to: Operations Manager
Gross Salary: Kshs 50k – 60k

Responsibilities
•    Assist the Operations Manager in organizing the necessary resources, including people, tools, and times to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
•    Ensuring quality control and establishing overall logistics of the ongoing projects.
•    Design, planning, and upkeep of project implementation schedules across different workshop departments.
•    Keeping track of multiple project deadlines, for projects across the wildlife conservancy.
•    Maintaining rosters for heavy machinery and vehicle use.
•    Updates and reporting on budget and expenditure.
•    Consistent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.

Qualifications and Requirements
•    Diploma /Certificate in business, project management.
•    Experience in construction management is an added advantage.
•    Working knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
•    Experience in project management.
•    An understanding of project monitoring & evaluation.
•    Financial management skills, report writing, analytical abilities, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
•    Working knowledge of construction materials, tools, and current market conditions including pricing conversions.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software packages including Google Workspace.
•    Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organization.
•    Good spoken and written English and Swahili.
•    A team player, who can self-start and work independently.
•    Ability to organize, manage and forward plan their workload.
•    Valid Driver’s license.
