Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of Injection Molding machines, Blow Molding Machinery and equipment. This includes but is not limited to all electrical equipment, hydraulics, mechanical, piping, pumps, and pneumatics in the Molding Department.
- Troubleshoot, repair and replace all components of Molds for both injection machines, and Blow machines
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of injection machines, equipment, accessories, and other facilities used in production department
- Supervise activities in maintenance operation for production department
- Plan works schedules for the maintenance technician and organize them accordingly
- Carry out preventive maintenance to the machine and equipment
- Ensure the availability of materials and spare parts
- Maintains record of daily, monthly and yearly maintenance programs
- Perform other project related to improve production operation
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in a busy Plastics company
