Job Description
Vacant Position: Business Development and HR Assistant
Reporting to: Business & Operations Manager
Job Summary: Optim Systems Limited is looking for Business Development and HR Assistant to carry out business development and HR activities in the organization.
The candidate should be a self-starter, and ready to hold a position with following responsibility and duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Proper understanding of the HR process
- Experience in tendering and proposal writing
- Good experience in use of social media marketing
- Experience in sales and marketing within a service industry
- Ability to write, edit and proofread proposal and marketing materials
- Conversant with Online writing
- Proficiency in MS word & excel
- Ability to design marketing material is an added advantage.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management or CHRP
- Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration related field is an added advantage.
- K.C.S.E B –
- At least 1 years’ experience in HR or business related field.
- Understanding of human resource management processes
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Sales Acumen and Negotiation skill
- Online marketing skill
- High level of self-drive
