Job Description
- Performing Loan appraisal, customer visitation and preparing loan documentation
- Collection of account receivable when they are due
- Customer service and marketing of company products.
- Attending and participating in business networking meetings.
- Providing relevant information about our products and services to customers, distribution of marketing materials to potential clients.
- Maintenance of the customer database and developing marketing action point on customers who we have identified business opportunities.
- Participating in operational system development- that is, policies and procedures development, and reviews and also in implementation of the same.
- Continuously monitoring the account receivable and recommending classification depending on repayment histories.
- Participating in product development by doing market research and competitor analysis and in also designing product features.
