Cysuites Apartment Hotel is an apartment hotel located along Church Road, off Waiyaki Way in Nairobi’s bustling Westland’s area. The hotel offers 32 two-bedroom apartment, 6 one-bedroom apartment and 2 penthouses.

These apartments offer contemporary living and working spaces fitted with amenities to meet the needs of short and extended stays to both business and leisure travellers

The all-day dining restaurant serves a variety of both Kenyan and continental dishes. The bar area features a fine selection of wines alongside a wide range of spirits and Signature Cocktails.

The hotel has fitness facilities to help you keep up with your fitness regime while staying with us.

We are looking to hire energetic and passionate individuals who will help drive revenues through prospecting and selling to corporate clients, HNWI and other target client groups

Responsibilities

• Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.


• Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event/ accomodation options to the highest possible standard


• Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.er by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.


• Negotiate space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off season business


• Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods.


• Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business


• Attend trade and travel shows of various market area for promoting hotels event business.


• Actively manage business bookings, record denials, make network referrals.


• Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.


• Bring in direct guests though online marketing and advertising.


• Helping the hotel to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to the hotel.


• Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in sales and marketing


• Prior experience in sales in the hospitality industry


• Excellent people skills, organized and detail oriented


• Proficiency of Micros Fidelio, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook


• Covid-19 vaccination certificate
