Job Description
Job Title: Sales Admin – Dairy Company
Industry: Dairy
Location: Kiambu
Gross Salary: 25K
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of dairy products.
They seek to hire an agile and sales driven Admin to handle the day to day operations of the company while serving existing and walk-in clients.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Key initiator of new Sales targeting medium to large sized accounts
- Handling Business Enquiries
- Tracking sales and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintaining an up to date database for all clients
- Handling telesales and appointments for the sales team
- Ensuring security of office records, equipment and sales data
- Making and raising of receipts and sales invoices
- Prepare statistical daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Assist the sales team in placing orders for clients
- Supporting logistics department with distribution and order deliveries
- Undertaking any other office administrative services duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing fmcg company would be an added advantage
- Should be flexible to work different shifts
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Microsoft suite proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication
