Job Title: Doctor’s Liaison
Function Department: Administration
Reports To: Clinical Services Manager
Main Purpose of the Job (Job Summary): To support the Clinical Services Manager in providing an enabling environment for doctors within Meridian Health Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a specialists’ database and ensure complete, updated and accurate archiving of Specialist’s credentials.
- Develop a tracking system for and ensure timely follow-up of doctors’ payments is done.
- Link, guide and communicate with prospective specialists through the credentialing process.
- Maintain relationships with Specialists, administrative staff for specialists and other key Specialists’ influencers and provide a clear link between these and Meridian Health Group.
- Conduct marketing and sales calls with existing and potential Specialists as appropriate.
- Assist in the delivery and presentation of marketing materials to specialists and prospective specialists.
- Ensure concerns from Specialists are collected, collated and escalated to the Clinical Services
- Manager and feedback on resolution and/or otherwise is communicated to respective Specialists.
- Act as a liaison between Specialists and Meridian Health Group to resolve problems, provide and obtain information, and maintain positive working relationships with Specialists.
- Document all Specialists office interactions and other pertinent information in applicable databases to provide an accurate record of Specialist encounter history.
- Survey local primary and specialty physicians to identify potential specialists for credentialing.
- Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor in line with the job description.

Academic & Professional Qualifications
Essential
- Diploma or Degree certification from a recognized institution.
Desirable
- Bookkeeping / accounting knowledge.
Work Experience & Skills

- 2 years’ experience in a front office role
