JOB LOCATION:Nairobi Cosmopolitan

Samchi Telecommunications LTD is an authorized Safaricom EBU Dealer within Nairobi West region. We are looking for agile, self-motivated sales representative (DSA) to push SAFARICOM EBU products across the board. We have openings for interested candidates to join our company in any of the three listed categories:
1.    Entry level sales (at the branch level).
2.    Skilled and experienced sales (Nairobi Region only)
3.    Freelance

ROLE DESCRIPTION
•Direct sales of all EBU products and solutions (Product mix)
•Plan and implement Sales Strategies to meet the targeted sales
•To actively obtain and negotiate opportunities for the company products
•Preparation of daily and weekly sales reports.

EBU products and solutions brief
The EBU docket is the enterprise docket of Safaricom and is tasked with business-to-business sales (B2B) to its partners. DSA under this docket will be tasked with offering solutions among them
1.    Lipa  na Mpesa (Till Number / Paybill) sales
2.    Shiriki Sales
3.    Fixed data sales
4.    IOT Sales
5.    Managed Security Sales
6.    Value added services sales (eg Bulk sales – bulk payments and bulk SMS)

Open locations

The company has openings across five regions in the country namely;

5.    Nairobi Cosmopolitan
•    Nairobi County   
•    Kiambu county   
•    Machakos County   
•    Kajiado County

Employment/Remuneration classification
1.    Paid and salaried staff (entry and skilled).
2.    Freelances

* MONTHLY GROSS SALARY: performance-based retainer plus commissions*

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Well groomed, presentable, and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• People skills, can influence others for results
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili as well as a good listener.
• Must be ambitious and focused with a desire to succeed in a sales career.
• Prior experience in sales is an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Minimum form four certificate qualification for entry level and diploma certificate for skilled labor
