Our client in the financial management space providing innovative payment solutions is looking to fill in the role of:
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Human resource planning & succession management
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure employment laws compliance
- Develop, implement & manager HR budgets
- Employee development management
- Oversee performance management
- Institute HR systems, processes & policies
- HR Operations management
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant subject in Commerce/Business Administration
- Professional HR training & certification
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR Management
- Proficient communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage different projects at the same time
- Demonstrate creativity & initiative and require minimal supervision.
- Possess top-level interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
