Job Title: Sales Admin – Furniture

Location: Nairobi

Gross Salary: 25K – 35K

Our Client is one of the leading makers of indoor and outdoor furniture in Kenya.

They seek to hire an agile and sales driven Admin to handle the day to day operations of the company while serving existing and walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.


• Handle all walk-in clients and identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross selling


• Stocktaking to ensure physical stock accuracy in reporting.


• Managing stock cards for material receipts.


• Entry of stock card information into the tally computer application


• Building business relationships with potential clients.


• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


• Key initiator of new Sales targeting medium to large sized accounts for strategic penetration.


• Tracking sales and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis


• Stocktaking to ensure physical stock accuracy in reporting.


• Handling imports documentation and approval sign-offs for consignments received at the site.


• Making and raising of cash sales and invoices


• Prepare statistical daily, weekly and monthly reports


• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.


• Undertaking any other office administrative services duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Related Course


• At least 3 years’ relevant experience


• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work with diverse personalities.


• Ability to maintain high levels of integrity


• Ability to handle pressure


• Good planning and organizing skills
