Gross Salary: 120K – 150K + Commissions & Incentives

Job Description

CLIENT: Our client is a multinational company, that offers top notch printing solutions to corporates. They are looking for a Sales Manager with proven ability to successfully lead a team towards achieving and surpassing the set goals.

JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for developing the market sales strategy, managing and developing sales teams to execute the sales and profit objectives strategies for the company. 

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.


• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.


• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.


• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.


• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.


• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field. 


• MUST have extensive experience in leading a team of sales executives.


• MUST have sold IT related products & services in a B2B setting.


• At least Five (5) years’ experience working in a similar role in handling similar products.


• Have existing industry network and clientele base learner that can work with minimum supervision.


• Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.


• Experience in customer relationship management.


• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
