Job Vacancy: HR Clerk
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Kes 30,000
Our client is a leading microfinance institution with branches across the country , they are are looking for a suitable candidate for employment as a Human Resource Clerk to Assist in Administration of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding process of new Staff.
- Counter checking documentation for new employees to ensure compliance.
- Posting Job Adverts online and Checking on the closure dates for running adverts.
- Maintains and updates information for personnel and subject matter files, ensuring proper treatment of confidential information
- Participate in the Recruitment Process
- Verifying and Reporting on Monthly Attendance Register and other Correspondences for Branches.
- Other duties assigned from time to time..
