Job Description
Job Summary
Persea oils and Orchards limited wish to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the above vacant position at our Thika Factory.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
• Arrange for posting of the job when new vacancies arise.
• Arrange for employee’s travel, accommodation and other staff expenses.
• Compile and prepare report and documents for personnel
• Examine employees’ files to answer inquiries
• Keep record of the employees such as address, weekly or monthly earning, and absenteeism records
• Organize and maintain personnel records e.g. Record sick off, Maternity leaves etc.
• Prepare staffs payrolls i.e., regular and casual employees
• Prepare employees documents such as contract and new hire guidelines.
• Prepare staff appreciation such as incentives and bonuses given to individual who attained the target.
• Prepare employees routine time table
• Reviewing and preparing daily attendance for the employees.
• Provide training on company policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees are well equipped with complete PPE’S depending on their working condition.
REQUIREMENTS
v Degree or Diploma in Human resource or related field
v At least 1-year experiences working as HR.
v Must be proficient with MS office
v Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment.
v Excellent reporting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
v Able to work as part of a team.
v Problem solving personnel and decision making.
v Good communication skills.
