Insurance Sales Agents
We are an Insurance Brokerage Firm offering affordable health insurance plans as well as General Insurance. We are seeking to recruit for the position of Insurance Sales Agents.
Scope:
Insurance Business Growth; Client Management and Retention
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for potential clients for the provision of Insurance Services including medical and general insurance
- Carry out a detailed-fact find review of the potential clients and recommend appropriate medical and general insurance products.
- Maintain a regular follow-up with clients to maintain a strong customer service.
- Providing competitive quotations to prospects.
- Setting up meetings, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.
- At least three (3) years experience in Insurance Sales
Competencies:
- Proficient communicator – verbal and written, with exemplary negotiation and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in selling insurance will be a definite advantage.
- Highly networked and adept at connecting with people.
- Demonstrate creativity & initiative and require minimal supervision.
- Must be able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-driven environment.
