Our client is an IT company in Nairobi.
They seek to hire an experienced, strategic professional in the role of HR Officer.
Salary: Ksh 50,000 – 70,000 gross
Location: Nairobi
The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to
a) Recruiting and staffing.
b) Organizational departmental planning.
c) Performance management and improvement systems.
d) Organization development.
e) Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
f) Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
g) Policy development and documentation.
h) Employee relations.
i) Company-wide committee facilitation.
j) Company employee and community communication.
k) Compensation and benefits administration.
l) Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
m) Charitable giving.
n) Employee services and counseling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar or related role in a busy HR environment.
- Degree in human resource management
- IHRM Membership
- Detailed and a strategic planner
- Able to support organizational human capital growth strategies
