Job Summary
We are looking for an IT servy person to undertake support for our company.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description
Skills, Experience
- At least a Diploma in IT
- Great IT skills, Tech savvy, & able to work under NO supervision
- At least 2 years working experience in IT Support or IT customer care skills will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability
- Good IT problem analytical skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Windows7/XP support and basic Database knowledge, use of remote administration) Any experience in Auto Industry will be added advantage but not mandatory
- Be HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY
- Communication to the IT Management on major incident progress.
- Problem-fixing all incidents, requests and other calls.
- Provide guidance on the quality of replacement spares and parts.
- Application and Network links monitoring, reporting and follow-up for resolution.
- Provide desk support to end users
- Hardware/Software installations
- Communication to the IT Management on major incident progress.
- Perform hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Deploy any necessary catalogs as may be required.
- Have experience in computer hardware maintenance (PCs/Monitors/Printers)
