Sales Supervisors / Marketers Wanted!

Our client is one of the leading transport and Logistics Company in Kenya-offering fast, efficient and reliable services.

Due to business growth and expansion, it is seeking to recruit dynamic, suitably qualified and competent individuals with self-drive and result/target orientation for the position of Sales Supervisors/ Marketers.

Job Summary

Job title: Sales Supervisors / Marketers

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: General Manager

Salary Range: 15,000 + Commissions

No of Positions: Six (6)

Job Location: Nairobi, Eldoret, Kisumu, Mombasa, Meru, Kisii

Placement: Immediate

Job Purpose: To make sure that the sales in his/her region (ZONE) increases properly coordinating with the sales executives and making sure they give their best in performing their sales duties to the best of their abilities.

Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

• To review the daily schedule of the outside collection clerk and advise the general manager on performance and productivity of each clerk.


• Handle customer complaints and address the issues raised to make sure the customer continues giving more business.


• Motivate sales executive in your zone


• Look for more business for your zone


• Visit customers in your zone , give and do public relation


• Assist in collection of cheques in your zone when the need arises


• Give quotation to client who request


• Compile market intelligence from your zone

Person Specifications (Qualifications and work experience)

• Successful track record of selling in the Transport and Logistics sector.


• Minimum O level qualification of KCSE Grade C-


• Aged at least 23 years and above.


• Highly networked and adept at connecting with people


• Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets


• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

General Skills

• Record keeping skills.


• Time Management.
