Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

2. JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for the achievement of the set digital and Marketing strategies supporting the sales & aftersales department to achieve overall company set objectives

3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Managerial/Supervisory

Operational Responsibilities

a) Market Analysis

1. Competitor analysis and quarterly pricing update
2. KMI report analysis
3. Product study and sales analysis

b) Digital & Social media planning & management

1. Develop the annual digital plan & Implementation
2. Management of all social media platforms in liaison with agency
3. Development of the monthly content calendar
4. Monitoring and reporting on all digital activities & promotions for ROI
5. Support adoption on new technologies to KAIZEN our digital touch points
6. Management of the company website

c) Events/Departmental organisation and Coordination

1. Coordinating Marketing activities to ensure implementation is done as per the plan & objectives set.
2. Creating opportunities for lead generation in all marketing events adopted within the marketing calendar
3. Supplier’s follow -up and ensuring the proper documentation process is adhered to approval and record keeping
4. Support the implementation of the marketing plan within the agreed budgets and timelines
5. Negotiation with the suppliers for any promo materials needs for the organisation & management of the marketing score

d) Communication & reporting

1. Compiling event plan brief based on the requirements agreed upon by the departmental head
2. Generating post events report and sharing with the departmental head
3. Support the marketing manager to compile the presentations (Respective franchises & management)
4. Monthly marketing expenses report

e) Aftersales Marketing management

1. Coordination & implementation of aftersales marketing activities

4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role

• Degree in Business management/marketing or any other relevant field

Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role

• 5 years of working experience in marketing/agency
