Job Description/Requirements

The ideal candidate MUST have at least 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Real Estate Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing as well as Business Development to ensure increment growth in sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
•    Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
•    Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
•    Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and developer’s marketing budget.
•    Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
•    Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
•    Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
•    Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
•    Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
•    Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
•    Updating all social media accounts.
•    Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelors’ Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field from a reputable university.
•    Must have at least two years of full-time in B2B sales.
•    Must have experience in marketing services.
•    Clear and concise communicator in English, both verbally and written.
•    Natural ability to engage easily and build rapport quickly over the telephone.
•    Proven ability to persuade, negotiate & inspire confidence in customers over the telephone.
•    Ability to work under stress, handle rejections and remain positive.
•    Work history of being dependable, reliable, and going the extra mile to achieve targets.

Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh.40,000-60,000 /= (Approx.400-700 USD).
Career Level: Entry Level.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
