Job Title: Marketing Manager – Sports Betting

Location: Nairobi

Gross Salary: Competitive

Our client is an established sports betting company in Kenya.

They seek to hire a marketing manager who will be responsible for the development and execution of all marketing plans, proposals, and initiatives for the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing campaigns for assigned practices and develop end-to-end plans for all (pre- thru post-follow-up) including ROI tracking and reporting.


• Drive marketing with a minimum level of supervision to support strategic plans of the company and assigned practice groups


• Take an active leadership role in running / scheduling / attending assigned practice group marketing meetings, working with other managers to develop marketing plans, and executing marketing needs that may arise


• Establish and manage relationships with appropriate external organizations, vendors, etc.


• Managing campaigns on social media, monitoring and analyzing marketing performance


• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets


• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity


• Support in new product launches


• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.


• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely


• Any other tasks as may arise

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field


• At least 5 years’ experience in a related field.


• Experience in the Media or betting industry.


• Experience in building various types of marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive lead generation
