Medical Officer In Charge – 2 Positions

Reporting to the Hospital Manager, with functional reporting to the Medical Services Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementation of all medical activities in the hospital, supervision of the medical services team both in and outpatient and ensuring quality service delivery and clinical practise.

Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb) or with more than 3 years post internship work experience. In addition, the successful candidates must have a high sense of business acumen and excellent skills in stakeholder management.

Valid certification in BLS, ATLS, ACLS is required.

Medical Officer – 2 Positions

Based in our Adams and Kitengela branches and reporting to the Medical Services in Charge, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative medical care in the unit.

Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb) with valid certification in BLS, ATLS, ACLS and licensing from KMPDB.

In addition, they must have a minimum 5 years’ post-internship continuous work experience in a busy hospital outpatient running clinics, with active knowledge on management of patients.

Safety Health Environment Officer (SHEO) – 1 Position

Reporting to the Chief Officer Quality and Standards, this position is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for staff, customers and business partners in line with the Company ESG policies, systems and plans.

Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental Studies or equivalent, professional training in SHE and with at least 1-3 years working experience in a similar position in a busy hospital environment.

Registration as a NEMA / Fire Safety auditorwill be an added advantage.

Hotel Services Supervisor – 2 Positions

Based at the Mombasa and Naivasha and reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating all activities in the department while delivering high quality patient experience with focus in ambience, presentation, cost effective services and timely housekeeping, cafeteria and laundry services within the unit.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent from a recognized institution. The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Service.

The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position leading a team of staff.

Administrative Officer (1 Position)

Based at the GVRC and reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support and coordination at the GVRC Head Office.

In addition, this position will also provide support in the management of the Center’s social media platforms and lead in the procurement processes in line with GVRC policies.

Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a business-related course. In addition, they must have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position preferably in an NGO.

Credit Control Assistant – (1 Position, 6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Based at the Corporate Unit and reporting to the Senior Credit Officer (NHIF), this position is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient claims for NHIF in line within defined company policy and guidelines.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in a business-related course.

Previous experience or knowledge of NHIF claims system will be clear advantage.
