Job Description
Assistant Architect Job, Current Architecture Jobs,
ONE (1) POSITION – VACANCY NO. 3/2021/10,
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 42,970 – Ksh. 59,120 p.m. (Job Group ‘L’),
Allowances as per the SRC circulars attached to the position,
Terms of service: three (3) years contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance),
Qualifications
- Be a Kenyan citizen;
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
- Be a graduate membership with Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK).
Duties and responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade to the cadre. The officer will work under the supervision and guidance an experienced officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail:
- Preparation of sketch/scheme designs and production drawings;
- Interpretation of client’s requirements; and
- Post contract administration.
