Requirements:
UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN MARKETING, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR OTHER RELATED FIELD. MASTERS/MBA -MARKETING WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
Experience:
• At least 5 years hands on experience as a head of sales in busy FMCG companies.
• Those who have handled reproductive health services and products will have an added advantage.
Duties:
The main role of national sales manager position is to develop and manage sales activities to achieve the company objectives in Tanzania by performing the following roles:-
• Ensure the sales team achieve sales volume targets for the company products.
• Collection of all sales credits.
• Coordinate uplifting of products from distributors, wholesalers and retailers for direct selling.
• Appointment and management of key distributors to achieve their sales targets.
• Management, motivation and development of sales team.
• Ensure good marketing activities are conducted to maximize on brand visibility.
• Preparation of necessary sales and marketing reports among other sales management roles.
Salary: USD 3500 - 5000 PLUS OTHER COMPANY BENEFITS
