Job Summary
We are looking to fill the position of Network Team Leader immediately. This position will be based out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description
- Design, build, deploy and support Enterprise network, security and collaboration services
- Responsible for providing a professional remote and onsite technical support to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - combined with a keen ability to communicate well in both verbal and written form.
- Experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: routers, switches, firewalls, UTM, endpoint security, wireless access points, WLC controllers, network monitoring tools
- Experience in workings of UTM, NG-Firewalls, Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet
- Experience in workings of Collaboration solutions of Cisco, Avaya and Alcatel Lucent
- Experience in Technical documentation preparation such as LLD, NIP, ATP, As-built, BOQ and related documents
- Experience in leading teams as project manager, team leader or department head
- Customer service Management skills
- Coordination and strong negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and forward looking
- Interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer, office applications, Ms. Words, PPT, Excel and email skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Excellent writing and speaking skill of English and Amharic language
- Strong interest to learn, adapt and cope with any assignment
- Human resource management skill is mandatory to supervise, guide, empower and lead subordinates
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with at least 5 years’ work experiences on Network, Security and Collaboration technologies; out of which at least 1 year on a supervisor or management role;
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or similar level certification is a minimum requirement
- Having MBA from business school is highly preferred
