Job Description/Requirements

Our Organization is a key player in the provision of ICT enterprise networks and cyber-security solutions. We also provide end-to-end ICT solutions in software integrations and voice solutions. In order to support the growth of the Company, we are currently seeking for a Project Manager to take charge of Projects implementation.

Key Duties
1.    Determine and define project scope and objectives
2.    Determine resources needed to achieve objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
3.    In consultation with Management prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
4.    In liaison with Management Team, initiate both internal and external project kick-off meetings that will officiate transition from sales to project delivery. Prepare external (customer) project kickoff presentation that will guide in the discussions
5.    Prepare an exhaustive list of project prerequisites
6.    Identifying and mitigating potential project risks
7.    Liaise with the assigned project technical lead to prepare requisite project documentation which include, e.g. Project Charter, Scope of Works, Solution Design Document, etc
8.    Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan in consultation with the assigned Project Technical Lead
9.    Tracking projects implementation and providing regular reports on projects status to project team and key stakeholders, including project costs vis a vis budget
10.    Manage contracts with Project sub-contractors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
11.    Managing the relation and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring that the project is delivered to their satisfaction
12.    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
13.    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related course from a reputable University
•    Minimum of 4 years in project management and related experience
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
•    Proven ability to solve problems creatively
•    Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
•    Excellent analytical skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
•    Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
•    Ability to handle different projects concurrently
•    Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Sound interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage various stakeholders
