Job Description

Oceans started as a Digital Marketing and Advertising Agency in Kenya 10 years ago but ended up into being a fully-fledged 360 Marketing and Advertising Agency after merging up with 4 other small agencies hence being registered as Oceans Creative Agency Limited (Oceans Group of Companies) offering all Marketing & Advertising solutions under one roof within Kenya, East Africa, Africa and also offshores.


 


We are seeking to hire a Receptionist/Customer Care Intern to join our team in Nairobi. We are searching for a reliable, honest and hardworking person who will be responsible for handling our clients for a period of three months.


 


The successful person should possess;


 


Minimum Qualification: Certificate in Customer Care or Related Courses


 


Experience Level: Internship


 


Experience Length: 0-2 years


 


Assets: MUST own a Personal Laptop


 


Receptionist Skills:


 


The successful intern should have the following traits:



  •  Excellent Microsoft office skills

  • Incredible written and verbal communication skills,

  • Telephone skills

  • Ability to handle pressure

  • Willingness to take and handle any duties assigned to him or her.


 


Job Description



  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them through phone or in person.

  • Receiving all incoming calls, following up clients, making calls and attending to all inquiries made by our customers.

  • Direct visitors to our office by giving them clear instructions either by writing or word of mouth.

  • Maintain a clean and safe reception area

  • Keep office records and serve tea to the staff members and incoming customers.


 


 


Note: Our internship runs for three months, and it is UNPAID. When applying Make Sure that you have your personal computer for use during your stay.
