JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVES-SACCO
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI
SALARY: RETAINER PLUS COMMISSIONS
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company’s services to potential clients
- Expand market awareness by communicating features and benefits of the services effectively.
- Consistently grow the company’s client portfolio by marketing to individuals and groups.
- Conduct client training on the services features and requirements
- Meet and exceed set targets
- Field work to market the products
- Identify sales prospects’ and follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis; with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company’s products and services.
- Adhere to the company’s rules and regulations
Qualifications
- Willingness to do field sales
- Form four leavers can apply
- Successful candidates will be trained on Sales and marketing and customer service
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter; self-motivated, team focused and results driven.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
