Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are seeking proactive dynamic individuals with a drive to sell motor vehicles:-

Key Responsibilities
Education Bachelors Degree
- Degree in Sales/Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

- Facilitate Vehicle sales and prospecting by first understanding vehicles through studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop customer base by keeping good relationship previous and new customers, responding to inquiries, recommend sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interest to various models.
- Close sales by overcoming objection (s); complete sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and handle the entire release process to collection of the vehicles.
- Meeting with Sales Manager to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and business targets.
- Research and identify the needs of clients and solutions best suited for them. Identify and grow opportunities by achieving set sales targets
- Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Ability to plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
- At least 3 years of sales with a track record of meeting and surpassing targets.
- Good knowledge of the Central region and Culture is an added advantage.
- Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards
- Excellent at communication skills/expressing oneself.
- Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Must be Computer literate.
- Must be proactive and focused to achieve sales quotas.
- Self – motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle and resolve complaints from customers
