Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are seeking proactive dynamic individuals with a drive to sell motor vehicles:-

  • Degree in Sales/Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Facilitate Vehicle sales and prospecting by first understanding vehicles through studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models.

  • Develop customer base by keeping good relationship previous and new customers, responding to inquiries, recommend sales campaigns and promotions.

  • Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interest to various models.

  • Close sales by overcoming objection (s); complete sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and handle the entire release process to collection of the vehicles.  

  • Meeting with Sales Manager to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and business targets.

  • Research and identify the needs of clients and solutions best suited for them. Identify and grow opportunities by achieving set sales targets

  • Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business

  • Ability to plan and execute sales and marketing activities.

  • At least 3 years of sales with a track record of meeting and surpassing targets.

  • Good knowledge of the Central region and Culture is an added advantage.

  • Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards

  • Excellent at communication skills/expressing oneself.

  • Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Must be Computer literate.

  • Must be proactive and focused to achieve sales quotas.

  • Self – motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality

  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle and resolve complaints from customers
