Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in sales
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Meet the monthly targets within the designated region.
- Prospect new clients/ lead generation.
- Retain current client base.
- Client follow-up.
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Reporting to management through CRM on a daily basis
