Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Executives
Location: Nairobi
Nature of Job: Full time
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary Range: 60K-80K
Key Responsibilities
- Employ diverse sales and marketing strategies to make sales and hit targets
- Coordinate orders between sales and production to ensure efficiency on demand planning
- Constant feedback to the management from the market and decide on future strategies
- Interact with customers to meet their needs
- To increase the profitability of the company, by aiming to expand the market
- Act as a liaison between the management and the customers and try to meet the expectations of both
- Explore the market to look for opportunities
- Come up with sales and marketing strategies to increase profitability
- Social media and digital marketing
- Resolve customer claims and queries
- Follow with key accounts and establish customer relationships to increase sales
- Ensure revenue generation with fewer risks
- Develop customers and gain their confidence
- Forecast the market and communicate effectively
- Prepare and analyze sales reports for Management review
Qualifications
- Good digital and social media sales skills
- Good customer and time management skills
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Inborn sales skills
- Creative and innovative when it comes to sales
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- 5 plus years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Degree or Diploma
