Job Summary
We are looking for sales merchandisers to push our products in local supermarkets. We are manufacturers of Shopping Bags and Scouring Pads based in Athi River.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Location: Athi River
Below are the requirements.
• Ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favourable shelf placement.
• Resolve issues that may arise on store level and notify our company management on the same.
• Train store employees to give them an awareness and appreciation of certain products so they're more likely to recommend these products to customers.
• Execute and oversee special promotional campaigns created to boost sales volume.
• Monitor sales volume, inspect inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials.
• Prepare reports on daily and weekly target accomplishment and share with management.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure that stores are sufficiently stocked.
• Must have worked in a sales merchandiser position before with preferential to those who have dealt with FMCG's in Supermarkets.
• Preferably located along Mombasa Road or Kitengela Areas.
