Job Title: Senior Manager – Systems Operations & ICT Infrastructure

Our Client is an IT Solutions firm based in Nairobi and they seek to hire a result-oriented and well experienced Senior Manager (Head of Operations) responsible for ensuring that all organization’s systems, products and services used by clients are functional and available when needed 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure the smooth operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all organization systems and databases.
- Manage disaster recovery procedures.
- Administer systems.
- Develop, lead and own technical plans and strategies/In-charge of internal operations and QA.

- Ensure the growth of the operations team and its development.
- Handle project management.
- Support and maintain products and solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience, 3 of which must be in a leadership role
- Linux admin skills,
- Windows server admin skills
- Network admin skills
- DB admin skills
- Systems security skills
- Planning and Organizing
- Communication Skills
- Inter-relationship management
- Systems understanding
