Our client a leading ICT solutions company that deals with helping enterprises run businesses by providing end-to-end technology products and solutions is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position based in Westlands, Nairobi:

SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Software Manager, the incumbent will focus on generating revenue for

the software sales business side of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating leads and identifying potential clients to sell for the business software solutions.


• Preparing software solutions presentations, presenting and demonstrating their features to existing and potential clients.


• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.


• Providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing client concerns or inquiries.


• Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position software products.


• Preparing and updating client pipeline and debtors reports and reporting prospected sales performance to the management.

Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in sales and Marketing.


• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Sales.


• Experience in sales of point of sale (POS) and/or Enterprise Retail planning (ERP) systems will be an added advantage.


• Strong understanding of the software industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate software solutions to potential customers.
