Position: Stores Supervisor -VERY URGENT (Manufacturing Company)

Qualifications:


Diploma in Stores Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management or other related field.




Experience:

At least 3 years working experience in a busy store as a Stores Supervisor.

Experience in Printing or Paper Industry will have an obvious advantage.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:-

Stores Supervisor main duties includes:-


  • Receiving inventory, ensure good storage and dispatch when required.

  • Conduct regular stock taking and variances reconciliation.

  • Preparation of sales and order invoices.

  • Co-ordinate loading/issuing of stores.

  • To ensure continuous safety measures and awareness are taken and understood by all staff.

  • Ensure proper arrangement of the stores.

  • Supervising warehouse staff.



Salary:- Kshs. 50,000 - 60,000 plus Company benefits
