Job Vacancy: AMH Clinical Trainer

Maua Methodist Hospital (MMH) is a national institution of the Methodist Church in Kenya which was established in 1928 by the British Methodist Missionaries in obedience to the great commission of Christ.

From that humble modest start the hospital has grown to a regional Referral and Teaching Hospital in Meru County.

MMH is also a hub for community health and development services.

As a provider of quality and compassionate health care, we recognize that a team of people with great character, compassion and excellent skills our most valuable resource.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking to hire for a AMH Trainer.

Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes Required:

1. Diploma in registered clinical medicine or its equivalent.

2. Registration with the Clinical Council Kenya.

3. Valid practicing license

4. Must have relevant clinical experience in CCC for one year

5. NHITC training is an added advantage

6. Must be able to provide instruction at various levels within the program areas

7. Must have effective presentation skills, both theoretical and practical

8. A high degree of computer literacy

9. Must have excellent report writing skills

10. Have current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues (specific knowledge with regards to healthcare services and related education)

11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

12. Honest and a person of integrity in conduct and handling of job responsibilities

13. Committed Christians with evidence of maturity in faith.
