Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Nature of Job: Full Time

Salary: Kshs 60,000 – 70,000
Job Location: Nairobi
Job Summary: Applications are invited from candidates with good experience working in a company dealing with construction materials, for a Sales Supervisor’s role.
The incumbent will be responsible for Organizing and leading the sales for the salesmen under a plan issued by the task to conduct business operations to ensure the scheduled task is complete.
Our client deals with building materials (Tiles) and relevant experience is key to this role.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting, aggregating customer, product and market information to provide information support to the manager
- Organize salesmen to find and implement ways and means to expand the volume of business
- The establishment to the sales ledger, collecting all kinds of sales information and timely feedback to the marketing manager
- Initial assessment for different customers, maintenance and management of key customers
- Required by enterprise to recover the loan account of the agreed period of stay for any reason, bad debt responsibility
- Investigation of customer credit status, control delivery, invoicing according to regulations
- Responsible for directing the work of subordinates, and performance appraisal, responsible for sales of new post commissioner business training
- Responsible for distributor’s assessment management, elimination and selection
- Complete other temporary tasks for the sales manager
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelors’ degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or any related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in as a sales team leader/ Supervisor
- 2 – 3 years of experience in tile / construction materials sales
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Familiar with MS word, excel and internet application
- Good communication skills
- Ability to Forecast Sales Goals Based on Analytics.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills to Implement Sales Plans.
- Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate a team
- Ability to Delegate Responsibilities.
- Ability to Communicate and give clear instructions to the team
