Job Description
Job Vacancy: Loans Collection Call Center Agents
Salary Range: Kshs 18,000 – 20,000
Location: Nairobi
Our client, an international organization who is a leading provider of Loans collection services is seeking to recruit Loans Collection call center agents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone.
- Collecting repayment on debts.
- Acknowledging reasons for late payment.
- Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts.
- Tracking outstanding debts.
- Making plans on recovering owed money.
- Negotiating payoff deadlines and repayment plans with clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience working as a debt collector.
- Certificate/diploma or equivalent level of education
- MUST have an android smartphone and in good working conditions.
- Good in spoken English and local languages.
- Have good communication skills.
- Acknowledge basic debt collection process on loan App.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly empathy.
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region.
