Job Description



REPORTS TO:  Loyalty Programs Manager

 

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The Loyalty Analyst will support the execution of the Loyalty Programs, provide customer and program analysis to inform ongoing strategic decisions. This position has the key responsibility to assess and interpret Loyalty data to improve the program performance to increase revenue and reduce costs as well as advising the business on loyalty program trends. He/she will be responsible for audience selection, segmentation and ensuring alignment of the program with broader CRM strategies.  

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Monitor net participation of Loyalty Programs to achieve an optimum accrual and redemption position across air and non-air partners

  2. Prepare program analysis and share program metrics that help illustrate the value of the loyalty program and contribute to a more holistic view of the health of our customer database

  3. Identify and analyze data for targeted marketing campaigns

  4. Validation of accrual files to ensure accurate inward and outward billing for both air and non-air partners

  5. Evaluate Loyalty Program targets annually 

  6. Develop and produce weekly, monthly and annual reports as necessary

  7. Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure customer data attributes are accurate and up to date

  8. Provide customer data and analytic support for loyalty program initiatives as well as broader marketing initiatives that include loyalty

  9. Comply with data integrity and security policies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE


  • Business Degree or related field

  • Certification in Data Base Applications and/or Analytical background

  • 2 years Airline Experience

  • 1 year in a Loyalty Program environment
