Job Summary
This position has the key responsibility to assess and interpret Loyalty data to improve the program performance to increase revenue and reduce costs as well as advising the business on loyalty program trends.

Job Description
- Monitor net participation of Loyalty Programs to achieve an optimum accrual and redemption position across air and non-air partners
- Prepare program analysis and share program metrics that help illustrate the value of the loyalty program and contribute to a more holistic view of the health of our customer database
- Identify and analyze data for targeted marketing campaigns
- Validation of accrual files to ensure accurate inward and outward billing for both air and non-air partners
- Evaluate Loyalty Program targets annually
- Develop and produce weekly, monthly and annual reports as necessary
- Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure customer data attributes are accurate and up to date
- Provide customer data and analytic support for loyalty program initiatives as well as broader marketing initiatives that include loyalty
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Accurate and timely reports
- Customer Satisfaction
- Reduction of Loyalty costs and increase in revenue
- Business Degree or related field
- Certification in Data Base Applications and/or Analytical background
- 2 years Airline Experience
- 1 year in a Loyalty Program environment
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Financial Management skills
- Planning and Organizational skills
- Quality – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. Detail oriented.
