Gender Coordinator


Nairobi, Kenya


The main purpose of the Gender Coordinator is to provide high quality technical support on gender equality and inclusion to consortium partners, and support gender mainstreaming across the program.


The incumbent should have good understanding of the interface between gender, innovation and disability Inclusion and women empowerment programming.


Additionally, the Incumbent should be familiar with working with the private sector especially within the areas of business, women’s economic empowerment, partnerships with government, and civil society.


Experience working with disabled people organizations (DPOs) on social and economic inclusion will be an added advantage.


Additionally, s/he will be familiar and have experience of working in a consortium delivering donor projects including having an understanding of donor guidelines and regulations.
