Job Summary
Our client, a comprehensive Real Estate firm based in Nairobi, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements
The successful candidate Must have prior working experience in Real Estate Sales in a managerial position.
Key responsibilities:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the team.
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Developing initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the company.
• Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with team to build more effective communications.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely & accurate reviews from consumers on all development properties.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by team.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
• Oversee proper classification of all sales documents and maintains detailed reports on each sales project.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualifications:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have more than 5 years’ managerial experience in the Real Estate sector.
• Must have proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop client relationships.
• Must be presentable and with good command of English with the ability to handle high-end clients.
• Must display a high degree of emotional maturity.
• Must be aggressive with good networking skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.
Monthly gross salary: KSh.120,000- 150,000 (Approx. 1,200 – 1,500 USD) Gross plus commissions, depending on skills and experience.
Position level: Lower Mid-Level.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
